The DEFENSES & COUNTERS tutorial, page 1/2, was captured by the site owner in our demo run (v0.19.4e). Its definitions help separate Health from the defenses in front of it.

What the tutorial says

Stat Captured definition
Health Base life points; take unmitigated Damage.
Armor Reduces incoming Damage to Health with diminishing returns.
Ward “A magic barrier taking Damage before Health”.

The tutorial states 1 Ward = 4 Health. We have not tested what this means in combat; do not turn it into a tested effective-Health formula. Page 2/2 of this tutorial was not captured yet.

Reading enemy cards

The chest-armour icon appears to be Armor (unconfirmed). Troll shows 60 / 80 and Gladiator shows chest-armour readings up to 65.

The shield-with-swirl icon appears to be Ward (unconfirmed). Legionary shows 18–266 across the captured ranks and versions. Gladiator I cards show that value falling from 20 to 14 while Health remains 170/170, then 0 with Health at 48/170. That is consistent with a barrier depleting before Health, but does not confirm the icon label.

Warg Rider has the highest boot readings, 2.4–3.2; the boot appears to be movement speed (unconfirmed). Goblin III and several Warg Rider cards show a split-shield/% icon whose meaning is unknown (percentage). The winged-sword icon also has meaning unknown. The sword appears to be attack damage (unconfirmed). The heart is Health (current / max).
